// What drives us
If we don't think we can recover your wallet, we'll tell you directly — not after a paid engagement.
Unlike other recovery firms we never take control of your wallet.
Our fee is a percentage of funds recovered. Zero recovered means zero fee. Our incentives are aligned.
We never approach clients direct. All enquiries are inbound.
All engagements are subject to strict Know Your Client and Anti-Money Laundering checks.
UK-registered company with clear ownership and a contract governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Tell us what you've got. We'll tell you, honestly, whether it can be recovered and what it would take.
We aim to reply within one UK business day. We may ask for more time if it's complex or we need to acquire new skills to help!
