Our free assessment will help determine if our services are right for you. Where appropriate it may guide you to other sources of information that may be more appropriate. You will be asked for details such as the public address of the wallet being recovered. This will help determine the value of the wallet and allow us to confirm the funds are still where you expect them to be. You will need to describe the situation you are in and what information you have available to help with recovery.
We will review the information you provided and attempt to identify likely failure modes that have caused your issue. This will help us to determine if it is feasible to attempt recovery. For example attempting recovery where you have 6 words missing from your recovery phrase is not feasible with 7.3 x 10^19 possible combinations. Take it from us that's a lot of combinations even with state of the art Nvidia GPUs! We will then come back to you with a short prompt response: Yes - we think it's feasible and we can help, Maybe - we need more time to think it through or No - we think it's not feasible and we are unable to help. You may have more success with another service.
We will develop our approach that is specifically tailored to your specific situation. This may require additional software development. Where required we may need your assistance to help provide us with some additional information about you. This all helps understand you and your challenge. When we are ready we will give you a live demonstration of our capabilities using a problem that is closely aligned with your issue. Following the demonstration we collaboratively determine how likely it is that a recovery attempt will be successful.
Once we have agreed to attempt recovery a Letter of Engagement is drafted in principle. This sets out and agrees key aspects of the recovery. We then move on to Know Your Client (KYC) checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. A final step is to undertake a risk assessment that will determine if we proceed or if additional measures are required. Assuming the Letter of Engagement is signed, KYC, AML and risk asssessment passed we carry out our recovery attempt at your office or the agreed location. If recovery is successful we will confirm that you now have access to your cryptowallet. Once confirmed an invoice will be issued for immediate payment as agreed in the Letter of Engagement. A second invoice will be issued at a later date for the remaining amount that needs to be paid with 30 days. This concludes our service to you.

We have various methods for reconstructing seed phrases based on structure. We may use some or all of these for your tailored recovery plan.
We have various methods for replacing words to rectify common mistakes. Some of these involve targeted brute force testing. Again we may use some or all of these for your tailored recovery plan.
With a valid recovery seed phrase we can test thousands or millions of passphrases as required. We have various word lists at our disposal but we may have more success with a custom created list specifically based around you or your company.
Every problem is different. We create and develop custom software to solve your challenge. We may not support your cypto coin today but give us a day or two and we can add it to the list!
